I ordered an outfit for my grandson Order # *** around Aug 21, 2020. An item was shipped & received however it was a girl outfit rather than the boy outfit I had ordered. I tried the online customer service site but it was down. I have tried calling customer service several times waiting ea time anywhere from 30 mins & up to 1 hr & 15 mins. I've also submitted emails but to no avail. I finally called the store in Orange Park FL since that's the closest store to me. I spoke to the manager who was very helpful & sent an email on my behalf after which I received an email asking for the order # (which was displayed in the reference section of their email) & showed Status Solved! I responded back with the order # as requested & told them the status was Not solved. I asked that they send out the correct item along with instructions for me to return the incorrect item. Still no response. It seems there's no way to contact this company so I guess my grandson is stuck with girl baby shark outfit!!! BTW the response email that I did receive came from Bed Bath & Beyond rather than Buy Buy Baby.

I placed an order a month ago including 2 items. Both items shipped, however one item said it was delivered via fedex, and was not. The other item I was told shipped with USPS, but USPS had no record of it. I contacted customer service which was extremely difficult to do and they advised they would reship. I waited 2 weeks and did not receive anything so I emailed again and asked that they refund me so that I could order elsewhere. They advised they were issuing a refund, however more than a week has passed and I have not received a refund or any products. I have made multiple attempts to reach customer service but never get any response back.

The company literally has no method to reach customer service. I placed an order that I wanted to cancel and reorder using a gift card. I could not login. The system says my email is tied to Bed Bath & Beyond. I tried both logins, no luck. The phone recording says 30 minute wait - I waited on hold for over an hour - no answer. Then I tried their online chat. 3 1/2 hour wait - which by the time they responded, I was away from my computer and missed them. So I tried again today (Monday) thinking responses would be better. Again 30 minute wait on phone hold and now 8 hours to get a chat representative. Online retailers should have to have help available and just take our money and run.

A week ago I placed a $320 order. It still has not shipped. I have been waiting for on hold for customer service for days now and no one will answer. They just keep giving me estimated wait times of hours long and then just never answer. They have made it impossible to cancel my order and request a refund.

I returned 2/2 items purchased from this retailer, per their return policy. Their customer service gave me false information regarding shipping labels, as I had 2 large items that had to be shipped back and the company only provided one label. I called their customer service department who informed me to use the same label for both packages. Fed Ex would not accept both large packages with the same shipping label. I contact their customer service department again. They provided me with another shipping label this time. Both items were sent back and verified received at the return warehouse. It had been verified by three different customer service reps that both packages were received. Three times I have been told my refund was being processed and to wait 5-15 business days for it to reflect in my account. All three times I have not received a refund. I contacted them a fourth time and was given an email to use as a line of communication if I needed further assistance. I still have not received my refund and no one responds to the email address they provided. It has been almost three months since I returned the items and still have not been refunded my $151. Each time I speak with someone, I’m told the matter will definitely be resolved and each time nothing happens. I don’t know what else to do at this point.

So original Buybuy had kolcraft send us a mattress. It was actually cheaper then the one we ordered and it was made over 2 years ago. We contacted buy buy baby and they didn’t have a solution other then return it. So we returned it asking for our refund. They gave us a fed ex shipping label on may 9th and we sent it out on may 9th. We have since called 3 times and asked for our refund. Every time we have been told another 2 weeks. Still nothing. It’s getting old. We keep getting our run around please help us. I got my package for my baby yesterday. The package had used shredded paper and party ribbons as the packaging material. Most of my stuff came open. And they even had thrown two used disposable gloves in it. I was disgusted by it. It was very dangerous and life threatening for me and the kids as I am pregnant myself. We returned the entire package but very very disappointed. I emailed the buy buy baby customer service with the pictures but they did nothing!!! Horrible !!!

This location is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! The manager *** is one rude chick. After THEY messed up and didn't put a shipping order through after we paid $200 in store for a DocATot because they didn't have the color in store, I called the 800 number just to be told that store had to resolve the issue. I called the store and unfortunately got this unprofessional, ignorant person who instantly called me a liar. THEE MINUTE she got on the phone she had attitude. After she immediately called me a liar, she said I hadn't purchased anything off my registry ( while I have a receipt and gave her all the information on it as well as screen shots of my registry on their app showing what we purchased) then said whatever happened wasn't their fault and there was nothing she could do. I asked why and she gave no reason before saying she "couldn't deal with me" (while I'm the one being cordial and she's screaming over me), that someone would call me because this isn't something that could happen so "I must be not truthful" then hung up on me. NONE of the other managers on duty would speak to me when I called back even though an associate named *** stated there were several on duty. I called the 800 number, corporate number that just goes back to the 800 number and filed complaints because apparently that's all they can do. Never got resolution from that complaint. Everyone said the store has to resolve the issue and she REFUSES to do so as did the other managers. Then the manager FRAUDULENTLY changed the item on my registry. I took screenshots of what was purchased on my registry when I first reached out to their email customer help email and it clearly showed that we purchased a DocATot and gave the UPC. It has been the same until the day I spoke to *** who claimed we didn't purchase ANYTHING at first, then later said she 'Updated' my registry and the item was only around $30, which was a lie. Now there is still a $200 item purchased that wasn't shipped and that they won't do anything about.
