I initially found this ad on the yahoo website and was intrigued by being offered $(plus $shipping and handling) for an eye creamI received my package for the cream and noticed the appropriate charges have been charged in my credit cardHowever, two weeks later I reviewed my credit card and noticed an additional charge of $has been chargedI was outragedI paid the amount I was suppose to pay for the productI had no idea that I would sign up for a service that would charge my credit card on a monthly basis I was confusedI paid for the original product and did not receive any other parcelsI called customer service and found to my surprise that I signed up for a service that was non refundableLuckily, I contacted my credit card company and found a more understanding party who reversed the chargeAvoid this companyThey didn't disclose any of the charges that I signed up forIf they would have stated in the fine print I wouldn't have any incentive to do business with themWho would agree to sign up on a trial for $but agree to stay past their trial period and be charged $109? I imagine very few people would

I did not see any information about the day trial or further costsI am living on my Social Security and could not afford the higher cost of the productI still have the unopened product that I had offered to return and am still willing to do so if the company desiresThank you for you assistance in this matter.

I had no idea that I would sign up for a service that would charge my credit card on a monthly basis. I was confused. I paid for the original product and did not receive any other parcels. I called customer service and found to my surprise that I signed up for a service that was non refundable. Luckily, I contacted my credit card company and found a more understanding party who reversed the charge. Avoid this company. They didn't disclose any of the charges that I signed up for. If they would have stated in the fine print I wouldn't have any incentive to do business with them. Who would agree to sign up on a trial for $4.99 but agree to stay past their trial period and be charged $109? I imagine very few people would.

if you don't cancel within the 14 days. It starts the day of the order but they don't send you and don't tell you the product is received after the 14 days so you have no way of knowing if it works and you don't remember to cancel until it's too late. Where is the trial for the 14 days. It's not free at all. My bank called me on the billing because there was no authorization of the billing. This is a scam and people are getting their money stolen just by what they advertise. There is no free 14 day trial period because you don't get to use the product until after the 14 days. They are stealing $87.86 off my credit card for a product I was never able to try. I want my money back $87.86 and the shipping and handling money $4.95 and them stopped before they dupe someone else.Desired Settlement: $87.86 and shipping and handling of $4.95. And for them to stop advertising this scam or change the free 14 day trial to start when you receive the product.
