On Monday, May 3rd I received a voicemail from *** ***, the company that handles billing for my gym membership, notifying me that I needed to call them regarding my account When I called them back on Wednesday the 4th they told me they were calling because my credit card was expiring and they needed me to update it I told them my contract had ended on April 30th so I didn't need to update the information The operator told me that my account was set for automatic renewal, so I would keep getting billed until I cancelled my contract I told them I shouldn't have to cancel my contract because it was already expired but they told me I was going to be billed I then called the gym and spoke with who is apparently the new manager, Charlie Charlie, to be quite frank, was of little help He informed me that the gym is now under new ***ship/management and that to resolve my issue he needed to contact the previous ***s to figure the situation out I told him I preferred he
