This was a misunderstanding on a billing issue. Customer and Petkus have worked it out and settled this issue.

I am rejecting this response because I haven't been getting any answer from them at allIt has been months and I won't be satisfied until I get a set date

this response because:In regards to the final sentence of the response the only time they scheduled a date and time was late August when the fan, blind and some repair work was doneThis was well after the verbal July date of service was to take place. I do not accept that they made every effort to contact us, we only got the August date after mentioning we were calling the Revdex.comThe Petkus Brothers continually ignored phone calls, emails and textsIn regards to after we filed the complaint Petkus Brothers did respond within the week and a crew came out last Friday and partially repaired the coveringThey did not have the flashing they needed to finish the repairI texted Kevin but have not had any responseThis is still an open complaint until the cover is completely repaired.Thank you,*** ***

We recently installed a new patio coverMy staff has been dealing with this issueHowever, since unresolved at this point in will contact customer, meet with here and come to a satisfactory resolutionThank you *** Petkus

Mr *** had a problem with corrosion on his post basesHe believed this should be covered on warrantyHowever we cover only typical weatheringThis problem was due to pets urinating on post's over many yearsIn the end we replaced posts for free and customer is happy that even those we had no
obligation we did take care of himWe value ever customer, misunderstandings happen*** ***

*** *** and *** Petkus have agreed that we will correct paint issues and will replace sideplates with new as required to satisfy the discolorationWe will complete work with in two weeks
