Customer came into our store at approx5:pm Wed, 1/She asked if someone could help her in with her boxesOur employee offered for her to pull up to the door to make it easier (which is common for us to offer)The customer brought in
one box and the employee asked if she needed help and she said no, she had itCustomer was checked in at 5:pmWe had quite a few buys that had just dropped off so she was quoted a hrapproxwaitThe customer's items were reviewed and we accepted itemsThe customer checked out at 6:pmMost of the items were onesies and separatesOur system prices items according to brandMore inexpensive brands price cheaper, more expensive brands price higherMost of her items where in the low to mid brand rangeOther items were passed on due to some staining/condition issues, styles that are not selling well for us and some other small toy items such as teethers and blocksThere did not seem to be an issue at the time of check outNote: We DID purchase the tutu dress mentioned in her comment on FBThe customer contacted us via our Facebook MessengerShe was dissatisfied with how much we bought and what she was paidI let her know that I would be in the store on 1/and would be happy to review her itemsShe then responded to me calling me a liar, etcAt that point I was still willing to meet with herShe called the store and yelled at me for about minutes straightI was able to get in about sentences trying to explain our process and pricingShe then again called me a liar, started yelling at me about how she believed things should be doneAfter about another minutes, she ended the conversation with telling me I was a "crappy business owner" and I had a "crappy staff" and we were all liars and we discriminated against her for the brands she brought inShe ended with "and I hope you burn in ***!" At that point it was clear that she wasn't interested in what we could offerShe only wanted to accuse us falselyAt that point I said goodbye and hung up the phone
The customer then contacted our corporate officesI spoke with my Field Operations Manager and we discussed the issueWhile I was on the phone with him, I received another Message from her calling me a "F'ing Bh owner!" I responded "That is completely inappropriateYou obviously do not want resolutionWhich you would not allowPlease do not come to our store ever again." No one should have to endure that kind of abuseHer response again was foul and abusive
We value all of our customers and are always willing to take another look and explain why we were able or not able to purchase an itemHowever, after several phone calls with her screaming at me and calling me names, it was clear that she was unwilling to listen to anything I had to say or consider any offer to relook at her itemsShe called back and said that I needed to come out to her car when she got there and explain why we didn't take her itemsThis is not how we do businessOur store is set up with special lighting that allows us to see stains, flaws, etcIt is also not safe or efficient to review items from someone's carThis was also after she had used foul language and called me a "B" several timesSo yes, at that point I told her I was no longer willing to review her items and she was not permitted in the storeI also asked her not to call anymore, since she kept calling (at least times) and had her mother call and yell at me and call me a "B" as well
It is at the customer's discretion whether to accept our offer or notAll quotes are based on a percentage of our selling priceShe was under no obligation to accept our money for the items acceptedShe chose to accept the offer and sign off on itWe are not a charity organizationWe purchase clothes from our customers for resaleIf she wasn't satisfied with the offer, she easily could have declinedI will not be issuing an apologyAnd we will not review her items again

It is filled with nothing but liesNone of her employees offered to help me carry boxes, none of them asked if I needed helpI carried all boxes, bags and couch in by myselfShe was not cussed out and she refused to come to an agreement even though I called her multiple times to come to an agreement
