We are very clear with the Premium Plan which markets brands to major retailers that we don't guarantee results, just that we will present the products to those buyersAs *** mentioned, we did indeed present her products to buyersUnfortunately, with larger buyers they only respond to us when
they are interested in a product line, but not so much when they are not.
Our contract is attached, and clause 1c mentions clearly not we will extend service for up to additional months, but "If Client has not received at least $in orders over months of service from start of this contract, no refunds will be given."
This is very clear and we wrote the contract to convey to our customers that while we will do everything we can to get their products in front of buyers, they should not expect to ask for a refund if we did our part promoting their product and the buyers did not purchase.
Additionally, *** mentions that she did receive orders through our system, meaning that there are buyers who are purchasing products through our platform.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Their attached docs only provide evidence for my complaint. They have done nothing to help our business the entire year and the year prior was not the level of service promised.
 
Their service was a complete waste of my time and money. I am still seeking a refund from my $1,800 investment with BBF. They are very disorganized, lack follow up, and provided no value whatsoever to our business.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:
 BBF even clarifies that they were supposed to "indeed present her products to buyers."  The program states they will market to "large buyers."  They did not fulfill their contract.  The large buyer needs to be looking to buy in the category for which I have products to sell.  If they aren't looking in the category for hwich I have a product, then there is not an opportunity for my business.  The contract wasn't for BBF to just throw whatever buers my way.  It was to market to "large buyers" interested in products in my category.
Secondly, BBF replies they  "will do everything we can to get their products in front of buyers, they should not expect to ask for a refund if we did our part promoting their product and the buyers did not purchase. "  They haven't done their part, that's the point!  They have not done what they promised.  They have done nothing to help my business and nothing since the second year came around and I ensured they honor their second twelve month guarantee (which amounted to nothing).  Their service has been worth nothing to me and is a scam.  They have done nothing to make this right despite my attempts at phone and email with many representatives of this company including the co-owners [redacted] and [redacted].  
They don't even get my name correct, calling me "[redacted]" throughout their reply.  This clearly shows the level of service I was given and the reason I should be refunded the entire amount.
