*** *** has been contacted many times in regards to the delay of the delivery of his order, himself and a handful of our members have experienced shipping issues and we're working as hard as we can to get these issues remedied as quickly as possible; he is one out of several that doesn't have any

I have been contacted by ***(the Director of Member Services) of the Buyers Cash Club. She has been most helpful helpfull in remedying the concerns I have had which were laid out in myoriginal Complaint ID#***. I,therefore, strongly accept the Buyers Cash Club's response and,thus, request that the Revdex.com entirely erase my complaint against the Buyers Cash Club

We have been attempting to make contact [redacted] in regards to this complaint on his contact number we have on file ending in (9007). However, contact attempts have failed us as he's not answering, we've left a few messages with no return call. It was unbeknown to us that this member was in an...

upset, furthermore we'd like to better understand why he's upset and remedy his concerns as soon as possible. Until we hear back from [redacted] and or are able to make contact with him… this issue remains idle for the time being and all business through his website is placed on a hold until we Buyers Cash Club and [redacted] resolve this open complaint. We strongly encourage [redacted] to contact us so we can personally hear what his concerns are, rather than having slanderous assumptions regarding the practices of our company appear via the Revdex.com website.Buyers Cash Club

We at Buyers Cash Club are extremely concerned about [redacted] complaints as they were unbeknown to us; we’d like to validate that we are in no way associated with a man by the name of [redacted] nor [redacted] and sadly this is new information to us via Revdex.com Complaint email, verses [redacted]...

[redacted] making contact with us bringing this matter to our attention directly. Keep in mind staff at our Company are accessible between the hours of 9AM-5PM Monday through Friday via our Toll Free number, via Live Chat through our website or via email... making it extremely easy for any of our clients' to reach out to us. In regards to [redacted] being unable to log into his back office we were not made aware of this minor issue that can be fixed promptly by doing a password reset, and if we would had been made aware of him not being able to log in we would had gladly taken care of that for [redacted]. We attend to reach out to [redacted] to remedy this unexpected and unsettling concern of his, as far as our company. However, we can’t speak for and or on behalf of [redacted] or [redacted] as again… this person and entity is not associated with Buyers Cash Club LLC.
