Company over the phone claimed to have three buyers in the area, and that they could get top dollar for my truck they ran one *** listing which I provided all the info and pictures, paid the $*** The listing didn't come close to the value, a week later they wanted $*** for an additional listing which I refused They obviously go off there paperwork and have no credit on there word I ended up selling my truck a month later and they wouldn't give any money back for only doing an *** listing which I felt was plenty for a $*** ad BEWARE OF BIG CITY FING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Happy to inform buyers choice Marketing that my motorhome is now sold I was not happy after the day auction because the bidding stopped at *** and my reserve was *** My live agent explained that most units sell a week or so after the auction ends I had my doubts but the buyer of my Winnebago let us know that buyers choice kept contacting them and counter offering as far as price went I would recommend this company to my friends and family Thanks again

I got involved with Buyer Choice after I receive a call from their sales person, she offered unlimited advertising and auctions until my vehicle would get sold, however, once I I pay for their services, everything changed, they placed the wrong add for ny vehicle (Listed a [redacted]n as "Auto Transmission" put the bike on a auction at [redacted] and since it did not sell, they call me back to get more money to place another auction as a "Second Chance" package. Initially they have promised they would work to sell my Bike by placing adds in multiple places with thousands of customers, However, they put my vehicle in an auction, wanted more money and since I didn't want to pay more, they did nothing else and stop answering my calls, I believe their activity is border line Fraudulent, in retrospective, How could I trust someone I didn't know with a prepaid service that offer only a verbal promise of "Working for me until my vehicle would sell" the reality was quite different, this crooks have a good scheme going on and I regret having done business with them, in reality they just took my money.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I have never written a review, but I am taking the time to write one because I would hope that people never do business with them. Once you give them money, they do not answer the phone and will not call you back. What the advertise they will do for you and what they actually do are two completely different things. They outright lie about everything they provide. This company needs to be out of business. They are not honest or trustworthy in anything they do. Please use any other company but this one. The salesman, who I believe is part owner, promised me that he would sell my motorcycle and would continue to run my motorcycle on [redacted] and other websites until it sold. They put my motorcycle on [redacted] for seven days. I was told that it runs for 12 weeks and they would continue to rerun it until it sold. They only did seven days, asked for more money to run it again. When I tried to call the salesman, he would not answer nor call me back. I finally got a call back from another person from the company who stated that none of what I said I paid for was true and that the salesman told him he didn't tell and promise me these things. On top of that, they listed two motorcycles I paid to sell through them on their website. Not one of them was listed at the correct price. One of the motorcycles that was worth $[redacted], they listed for $[redacted] and didn't even apologize for it. After all of this, the other owner sent me a nasty email accusing me of calling my credit card company and telling them this was fraud and to not pay the company. After I left the owner a nasty voice mail he called [redacted] and figured out it was something with his account and had nothing to do with me. I should have told my credit card company it was fraud, because after talking to [redacted] they told me I could get all my money back. But I do what I say I will do unlike this company. Please do not use this company. You will regret it.
