This was a misunderstanding on a billing issue. Customer and Petkus have worked it out and settled this issue.

Thank you for the notice.  We make every effort to service our customers in a timely manner.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.  We have also made effort to contact the customer and scheduled a date and time to resolve the service issue.

Mr [redacted] had a problem with corrosion on his post bases. He believed this should be covered on warranty. However we cover only typical weathering. [redacted] and [redacted] Petkus have agreed that we will correct paint issues and will replace sideplates with new as required to satisfy the discoloration. We will complete work with in two weeks.

I am rejecting this response because I haven't been getting any answer from them at all. It has been 4 months and I won't be satisfied until I get a set date.
