I ordered their service last week, after receiving there information that you had to start trading at 5am et which is 4 am here I sent them a email befor I even got the first trade asking for a refund , They offered me another service which I refused and told them I just wanted a refund they refused saying that I had to wait out their refund policy of 21 days first. What difference does 21 days make if I don't intend to use this service it's a scam file complain with [redacted] for a refund. Scam stay away not a honest company to deal with.

Review: The company is a forex signal provider www.buyforexsignals.com. I purchased a one month contract for $110.00 to receive daily signals indicating the direction of the market on EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDCHF. Their site also says that they have addresses in New York and London with a 30 day money back guarantee. I figured I had nothing to lose with all the hype on their site. I went ahead and purchased their service knowing that I could get my money back . The same day I got their trading instructions and realized that the signals are sent out 4am ct I sent them a email requesting a refund since I hadn't used there service yet and it didn't fit my trading style . The had a 30 day money back guarantee. They then refused to give me a refund stating their refund policy says I had to wait 21 days. No where on there site does It say anything of waiting 21 days, then on forex peace army I saw there scamers people have waiting 21 days then they ask for proof that you did these trades, and they still havent refunded these other people. They are a scam contact your credit company asap and report them they will refund your money.Desired Settlement: Honor their refund policy
