March 17th, [redacted] Marketplace Resource Consultant Revdex.com ###-###-#### BuyLittleCigars [redacted] RE: [redacted] CASE #: [redacted] Dear Ms [redacted] , On 1/23/Ms [redacted] placed an order with our company in the amount of $66.00, Due to the contents of her order her order was split into two separate shipments shipping from two separate warehousesOne package contained tubes and the other was to contain tobacco The tubes shipped and were delivered on 1/31/The other package was not shipped due to the manufacturer had stopped manufacturing the product ordered by Ms***and had not notified us regarding their discontinuing this product, When Ms [redacted] emailed us on 2/3/11:PM we replied back the next business day 2/4/9:AM asking her if there was another product she would like to replace the out of stock item withShe replied back at 12:PM with a substitute productWe replied back on 2/5/that the substitute item was also out of stock (both items requested were made by the same manufacturer who has discontinued both lines of that product unfortunately)We never received any phone call or email after that until 2/27/asking for a refund On 2/28/refunded $back to Ms***'s credit cardLooking at the history of this order I am not sure of how I came to that totalI must have been busy and keyed in the incorrect amount, If Ms [redacted] would have contacted us we would have looked into this and refunded the correct amountThe break down of the order is as follows and Ms [redacted] should have received a total credit of $ Order packet 1: - Golden Harvest Tubes © = $13, Shipping Charge ® $ Total for Packet 1: $ Order Packet 2: - Criss Cross Vanilla 16oz Bag ® 15,— $30,- Adult Signature Charge ® $$I — Shipping Charge ® - $ Total for Packet 2: $44, As stated above Ms, [redacted] received a refund of $on 2/28/Today I issued the remaining credit due of $back to her card If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact me at ###-###-#### Sincerely, [redacted] Manager BuyLittleCigars

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They were contacted numerous times regarding this issue. After I responded that I wanted a refund they never contacted me again. Still to this day have never received a phone call from them as I requested also. As they didn't refund the correct amount I sent my complaint as I stated to them in my last email. Very poor business skills. This would have all been resolved if they would have contacted me by phone as I requested and delt with matters at that time, not a month later. Not happy at all how they handled or didn't handle things when needed. Will never purchase a thing from that company again. But since they received my complaint and now have refunded my money this issue has finally been resolved.

We had some database server issues the day after the customers order was placed which caused a few Issues for us in shipping out some orders in a timely manner. This customer has had 31 orders with  us with no issues in t past, As soon as she contacted us on 6.10.14 her card was refunded.
