the property located at [redacted], [redacted], TX [redacted]. Furthermore, as written in the owner's rules & regulations, it states that tenant can not make any modifications to the property without written consent from the landlord. Even after reading and accepting these rules, Ms. Nancy [redacted] still went ahead without permission to paint the house with non-neutral colors, such as red, blue, and yellows. Furthermore, she installed two mirrors in the house without consent from any landlord. A huge mirror in the family/dining room and one on the bathroom/bedroom door. Even after overlooking a few of these major things, there were still many damages left in the house. Pictures are attached for proof. in the previous emails sent. There is so much to say about the case if things needed to be dragged, but let's just keep things simple and get directly to the point about the deposit being kept for the damages done to the property, and the delays that were caused to re-renting the property to get things fixed on the property. -- If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me anytime at (281) 509-3639.
