Review: My office had ordered a refrigerator and a freezer to store our vaccines in back in March 2014. We finally after several months received the items, the freezer did not work . It was several weeks on getting through to [redacted] at the company to get a new one delivered. I had also asked for a bill of sale showing the items purchased and the warranty that we also purchased. I finally received a bill of sale from another company by the name of [redacted] Appliances. Only the wrong freezer was listed and not the fridge. We also ask for 3 more shelves and they were delivered several weeks after, several phone call again. However it only had the shelves and not the brackets to hold the shelves. I have made 3 phone calls a week to get the brackets. NO response. I have called [redacted] Appliances and they state they stopped working with them a month ago. The Delivery company was called to see if they had another number. They didn't.Desired Settlement: Bill of sale for both items, warranty page, and finally the brackets for the three shelves.

Review: I ordered a number of appliances from Buyrite. Some arrived but:

- A part was missing on the stove which I had to order from the manufacturer for $200

- The fridge did not arrive (approx. value of $2,595)

- They would not honor their return policy for a microwave

They also wouldn't provide itemized billing for the items so I do not know exactly how much the items were and their customer service is consistently unacceptable.

I'm also concerned that this is a consistent process for them and they are committing ongoing fraud by pushing consumers to dispute charges through their bank and keeping the money.Desired Settlement: I would like refund of:

$2,595 for the fridge

$199 for the missing part

Confirmation of the price of the microwave and trim kit and for them to honor their return policy

Review: On * May 2014, Order #[redacted] was placed. This new refrigerator was intended to be a mother's day gift and required to prepare our home for renting before overseas deployment. As of 6/**/2014 the refrigerator has still not arrived. Multiple attempts have been made to connect with the company by email and by phone. During this period the phone was answered only once to inform us that the product we ordered was damaged and that a new one was being ordered from the factory. Subsequent messages on both email and phone have been left unreturned. No response was given to emails sent on [redacted] May and [redacted] June. These emails were sent to both sales and customer service. On ** June a request to cancel my order was made. Several phone calls since that date have been made to follow up without response. On ** June the last call was made to this company.

Review: I purchased a KitchenAid KEBS209BSS00 Double Wall Oven from this site on December *, 2013, and the oven is working fine. I called BuyRiteAppliances.com (###-###-####) several times and also E-Mailed them and used their website to send them a message regarding the 4 year Extended Warranty that I purchased for the oven, but I have received no reply from them at all over the course of the last month.

Today, I called KitchenAid (The manufacturer) since I have been receiving offers from them to purchase an Extended Warranty directly from them. The representative ([redacted]) attempted to contact BuyRiteAppliances.com via their phone number, and also researched the BuyRiteAppliances.com website, but she now believes that this company may have gone out of business. [redacted] recommended that I reach out to the Revdex.com, as she believes that the Extended Warranty that I purchased from BuyRiteAppliances.com should be backed by an 'Extended Warranty' company and we need to get the name and contact information for the company that is responsible for servicing the BuyRiteAppliances.com Extended Warranties.

Review: I ordered an LG dryer on 12/*/13, model # [redacted] order # [redacted]. I have still not received the dryer, 7 weeks later. I was informed that the dryer is on back order. I have called and emailed numerous times requesting that the order be cancelled - no response from the business.Desired Settlement: Just cancel my order.
