The guarantee the buyer received guarantees that the merchant in question will ship and deliver the item orderedThe buyer filed a dispute which was escalated to our claims departmentThe buyer was asked to show proof that he had not received what the merchant confirmed was orderedThe
buyer was unable to do soHe sent pictures of a car cover as well as the actual shipping boxThere was nothing identifiable on the item he received that confirmed he had not received what was orderedBecause he was not able to show proof of a wrong item being sent, his claim was respectfully closed

In fact, a business which hires Buy Safe to buttress an already failing customer service profile is not serious about Customer Service at all.Compression Socks is already an "F" in Revdex.com reviews from past clients To the extent that Buy Safe profits from selling a sense of security and a fake guarantee that enables their client companies to continue to operate in unethical methods is a cruel hoax on the rest of us The Buy Safe business model is a mirage, not surrounded by camels or good intentions but by unscrupulous unseen bottom feeding leeches

buySAFE guarantees the merchants policies/terms and
conditions. When the buyer placed his order with the merchant, he agreed to
those policies. buySAFE cannot force a merchant to change or go outside...

those policies.
The merchant’s terms clearly state their policy, which
