I featured a promotion with them in and the campaign was ended in NovAccording to the our agreement, they would send all the sales revenue within months once all the codes were redeemedBut it has been over a year since the end date of the campaign and my company has not received the remaining balance of over $ I've called so many times, talked their customer representatives every weeks trying to get this issue addressedBut every time, they told me to do this and do that, send accounting department an email etc, no response, no call back, NOTHING!! In fact, I just talked to one of their customer representative, her name was Robin, who was the same person I talked to a few weeks ago, same answer, nothing she can doFurthermore, when I asked more questions, she got impatient and hung up on meLOL [redacted]

This outfit accepted and acknowledged the order April 4/with delivery from to weeksTo date have received nothing so phoned help line, spoke to Victor, who said item had just been mailed out from China May 25/He was unable to confirm this and could not give a delivery dateThis appears to be a form of ***, as it seems they take your money then order item from Chinese supplier and take their cut but wash their hands of the matterIf you do not receive the item to bad, contact the supplier, it's not our problem! Who is the supplier? Your totally on your own, as they don't answer emails and if you phone, your told your next in line but after a long wait you get a message that this operator is not available leave a messageIf you persist and keep phoning you might get through as I did but you won't get much information

Purchased an item in April, but it never shipped I followed up frequently (twice a month) until they finally advised me that their vendor can't deliver the item, and advised I would be reimbursed Took until November to finally get the reimbursement I would recommend not buying anything from this company

Was given a gift by my mother in law for a overnight stay in AlgonquinThe company never answered the phone or email to book the stayContacted Buytopia for a refund and they would only give a Buytopia creditMy mother in law who is a senior kept asking me to pick something else to replace the gift I was unable to acceptOrdered items on Oct 19th for Christmas presents since the item gifted to me was a failIn what seems to be Buytopia fashion I have yet to receive anythingThe shipping company has said the items left China on Dec 9th and that once they leave the Originating Country the items are no longer trackedIf they are no longer tracked and I never receive them, how can I prove that ? Now I have to go purchase replacement Christmas PresentsHow is it a company gets away with collecting my money and not being responsible for ensuring a product or service is provided ? I have sent two emails to Buytopia and have not received a response and when I phone I get the run around I would like my senior citizen mother in law to receive a full credit to her credit card and not a useless credit to a Buytopia account that doesn't provide anything but stressI am ashamed this company operates out of Canada and believe they only still are in business because of the fraudulent actively funding them

Buytopia took over ***'s mailing list but not their businessI had an $credit with *** which Buytopia could not compensate forInstead they did help by offering my a $credit for signing up with their serviceI thought this was a nice gesture of customer service

Buytopia is really a horrible company to buy anything fromI made a mistake buying anything from themI bought two $vouchers worth $each, the merchant isn't accepting the vouchers so I emailed buytopia if I can get a refund, at least a credit! They flat out replied back telling me they cannot do anything and I will not be getting my money backWell, I may be out $total, but they lost me as a customer as well as other of my closets friends and familyThe sad part is that we actually wanted to spend up to $just this month aloneNo wonder buytopias closest competitor is doing so much betterI will not be using buytopia again

A horrible company to deal with. I purchased 2 tea infusers for them and over 2 months later I got a package with the wrong items inside. The rude staff eventually offered me a buytopia credit or to pay to ship it back and trust that they will reimburse me, fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. I had to get me credit card company to reverse the payment.

EVERYTHING item they offer can be found much cheaper on a very popular auction website! It's like they buy it from there, mark up the price and try to sell it to you.

I understand websites like Buytopia are merely intermediators between the vendors and buyers, but once the deal goes wrong, you'd expect the intermediator to be more helpful.

I ordered my items on Nov 24, 2014 (the last day of the deal, by the way) and today is March 26, 2015 and I still don't have all my items! This goes beyond unnacceptable! And they had the audacity to tell me that a refund they'd be issuing for me is giving me special treatment because it goes beyond their refund policy! Anyone who works with Customer Service would treat a refund on a situation like this as an obligation the company owes to the customer, not a special favour.

Purchased $100 [redacted] gift card which included a 15 cent off fuel card - delivery was 2-3 weeks from date of purchase. This was done back in Sept, as of today, Nov 25 I have not received it. Several emails sent over the last few weeks with no reply other then one at the beginning on November saying that demand was higher then "normal" and the cards were "back ordered".

Customer service is the worst - I suggest you completely avoid.
