suitable for his use and his budget. We prepared paperwork using the most favorable financing terms for him. Mr. [redacted] did sign a Conditional Delivery Form which states that the financing is not final until a finance source formally approves it. Unfortunately we could not obtain financing on his behalf at the terms we had hoped to secure for him, due to his limited credit experience. This created the need for him to sign new paperwork using the terms dictated by the finance company. However, Mr. [redacted] does have the option to refinance the vehicle loan as soon as sufficient history and experience have been documented.
We apologize for anything that may have been done or said to make him feel less than the valuable customer he is, and we will be glad to welcome him back for any further service needs or assistance of any kind he may need.
