The air conditioning unit for my townhouse is on a flat roof and was very old and finally stopped working. I've known this was coming for the last few years. It was very old, had been repaired many times and would more than likely require expensive repair. It was time for a new unit. I had five contractors come out, review my situation and give me estimates. I did my research on each one. I chose Buzzelli Air due to the excellent ratings with Revdex.com and with Home Advisor as well as [redacted]'s thorough review of my old unit and the options available. I made the right choice! [redacted] went above and beyond in many ways. He removed the old support for my old unit, answered all my questions during installation of the new unit and even sealed the roof under and around the new unit. He knows his stuff and does a great job. I highly recommend Buzzelli Air to all!

[redacted] is the most honest professional person I've ever met! Came to my home, looked at the situation, checked out a couple of things, put me on the right track. Told my which of the two heating systems in my home to use, reset my thermostat and left telling me NO charge! Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Actually told me to have one system removed, but it wasn't necessary! I'll only be using [redacted] for all my heat and AC needs!

We have used Buzzelli Air quite a few times now at our primary residence and rental house. We initially used Buzzelli air to fix an on-going issue that about five other companies had been unable to resolve. Tom quickly identified the issue, quoted us a price up front (that he beat) and took before and after pictures. We've needed him for other issues at both residence since and his work, attitude and communication have always been top notch.

Being a non-resident, Buzzelli Air arrived exactly on the day and at the time promised. Their analysis of the ducting issues and proposed solution was reasonable and priced fairly. They worked with another plumbing contractor on-side and made suggestions for further improvements I could make myself. I will use Buzselli Air for future HVAC needs.

My AC went out on a Sunday night, which made Monday a mad scramble to get if fixed ASAP, I got a callback by 7:30 a.m. and they were here within 10 minutes of they said they would. Tom fixed it, explained everything he did and it was a great price. I have already told three people about him.

[redacted] did a great job. His was half the price of one of the bigger companies in the valley. He also found that the fan motor was not the problem, but a control board.
He does a good job of explaining what was found and what needs to be done.
Will definitely use them again.

I had Buzzelli Air come out after my Air Conditioners were installed by another company. I was not getting enough air into my master bedroom. [redacted] from Buzzelli was able to pin point the problem. I was very impressed with his expertize in his profession. [redacted] ended up fixing a lot of the problems with the original install. He did it for a fair price, and I would reccomend him and his company to everyone.

We received 4 proposals to replace our air conditioning system and chose [redacted] Buzzelli Air based on his knowledge, his assessment and proposal of our current system, his fair price, and his customer appreciation. [redacted] and his team worked well together and accomplished the job in amazing time. They installed a new unit and pad, a new air handler, all new ductwork, vents, and enlarged cold air return.[redacted] takes pride in his work and is a true craftsman. He takes time to explain to the customer the process and answers all questions with sincere honesty and patience. Without a doubt we chose the right person/business for the job.

You can tell he has an honest passion for what he does and could explain everything and answer any questions I had. He truly goes above and beyond and it's more than obvious how much he cares about his clientele. He will be my permanent go-to for anything heating and cooling related!
