Complaint is invalid!? Customer doesn't live there, it is a Rental property ? Went to property on numerous occasions to check pump, renters refuse to open gate.? Renters talked to me like I was a stupid!? Dispute over the $is invalidHalf of that amount ($195.00) was for pond cleaning
$was for pump.The pump burned for lack of pond maintenance and letting water level become to lowRenters do not maintain pond level or cleaning of pump.Please put this information in the complaint...Thank youRay ***
