His statements not only do not make sense but they are not truthful(And I would like my complaint to be updated with this information) so that other potential customers will be fore warned.) I still have not received the $that I had in my see through caseIf he says there wasn’t money in it, that would be a lie If I am a liar, then a liar would say there was $or $in it, not $I am being truthfulHe said he had not called me since finding my property that day that I left his businessThat is a lie because I have cell phone logs proving otherwiseHe called from his business phone after not being able to get me by calling me from a private phoneAlso, I have security cam footage of him being on my property, pacing back and forth, banging on my door and ringing my bell, going in and out of his truck multiple times, peeping into my window for almost a full TEN MINUTES If he didn’t come by to harass me, then he would have left my property in the mailbox and left He only left when my neighbor came out of her garage and saw him causing a fussHe never even completed my carHe admitted he never did the emissions that’s why he didn’t charge me for itWhy that wasn’t completed, I will never knowI don’t want him on my property againHe can mail me a money orderAnyone reading my account knows full well what this is all about

February 5, 2018RE: BBComplaint ID [redacted] I am the owner of Buzzy's Tire and Auto ServiceAs far as my being disoriented, [redacted] was not known to me as she was a new customerMs, [redacted] 's vehicle was inspected and failed on Wednesday, January 31, She was informed of the needed repairs to pass inspection and the cost (estimated $800.00), She did, in fact, say she would call back in about an hour to Jet the shop know whether to go ahead with the repairs or notShe called back with the okay and was told the cost would be $plus tax and she responded she did not think it was going to be $even, I have enclosed a copy of the estimate utilizing Mitchell Pro Demand, software, which is an estimating guide for mechanic shops.Ms [redacted] informed the shop the next morning that she had changed her mind about the repairs.She came to pick up her car around 12:p.mwhile (was out on a road testThe owner's card and insurance information were not readily available and she was asked, not told, to check her car to see if they were placed back in the carShe checked and came back stating that they were not in the carHer bill was prepared first without the needed repairs listed and then again with the repairs listedShe was charged for the failed inspection a sum of $33.00, which was paid with a credit card at 1:p.mreturned from the road test and began looking for the informationMs [redacted] was quite upset and stated she was not leaving without her personal informationShe stated, "This is a big dealYou do not think this is a big deal?", and I responded, "No, I will find it." She said she would have to get a new registration and insurance card, which I said I would reimburse her for if that is what she has to doNo one ever said her information would be mailed to herShe left the office spouting vulgarities and stated she was going to write a bad review wherever she could: We have four mechanics and checked the station of the mechanic I thought had done the inspection, but did not find itIn actuality, it was another mechanic who did the work and the registration and insurance card were still at his station along with the data regarding the inspectionShe had already pulled out of the lot) called her phone, but had to leave a message, I drove to her home to give her her paperwork, but she was not thereI called the shop and requested another call be made to her and another message was left, I drove to her home a second time later that day, but again she was not homeThere were no further phone calls made.The following day I made a third trip to her home, I believe she was home, but she did not answer the doorI placed the information inside the storm door, took a picture of it in the door, and left.I am sorry she had a bad experienceWe make every effort to be courteous to our customers and we do have a 5-star rating

*** ***Although MrB*** estimated that my car needed $(stated estimate in his own response to my complaint) in repairs and did not pass inspection on Feb 1, my car passed inspection today, Feb 22, weeks later with no repairs needed at *** Auto Center(Please see attached inspection receipt)Although MrBuzzy failed to perform the emissions test on my car which is required during the inspection process, *** Auto performed one today, Feb and it received a passing grade as well(Please see attached emissions test)It is odd for a car to fail inspection and need $in repairs yet weeks later pass inspection with $repairs needed.As a result, I am requesting a refund for the inspection that MrB*** charged meIn his own written testimony, he states that I paid $33.00; however, in his own submission to Revdex.com, he provided a copy of the credit card receipt which totaled $35.31. I am reattaching his own submission so there is no confusion on how much I was charged for the inspection and so that he can have for his own accounting.I'm not a mechanic by any means but apparently something was 'off' at Buzzy's that day my car was inspected.I did receive a money order for the lost money that was in my car registration case; however, now I am requesting, a money order of $for the above reasons
