February 22, 2018Revdex.com COMPLAINT ID [redacted]The registration card and insurance card have already been returned to her. With regard to the $2.00 she claims was in the see-through case, I am sending her a money order in the amount of $2.00 so this matter will come to an end.

February 5, 2018RE: BB8 Complaint ID [redacted]I am the owner of Buzzy's Tire and Auto Service. As far as my being disoriented, [redacted] was not known to me as she was a new customer. Ms, [redacted]'s vehicle was inspected and failed on Wednesday, January 31, 2018. She was informed of the...

needed repairs to pass inspection and the cost (estimated $800.00), She did, in fact, say she would call back in about an hour to Jet the shop know whether to go ahead with the repairs or not. She called back with the okay and was told the cost would be $820.00 plus tax and she responded she did not think it was going to be $800 even, I have enclosed a copy of the estimate utilizing Mitchell Pro Demand, software, which is an estimating guide for mechanic shops.Ms. [redacted] informed the shop the next morning that she had changed her mind about the repairs.She came to pick up her car around 12:45 p.m. while (was out on a road test. The owner's card and insurance information were not readily available and she was asked, not told, to check her car to see if they were placed back in the car. She checked and came back stating that they were not in the car. Her bill was prepared first without the needed repairs listed and then again with the repairs listed. She was charged for the failed inspection a sum of $33.00, which was paid with a credit card at 1:11 p.m. 1 returned from the road test and began looking for the information. Ms. [redacted] was quite upset and stated she was not leaving without her personal information. She stated, "This is a big deal. You do not think this is a big deal?", and I responded, "No, I will find it." She said she would have to get a new registration and insurance card, which I said I would reimburse her for if that is what she has to do. No one ever said her information would be mailed to her. She left the office spouting vulgarities and stated she was going to write a bad review wherever she could: We have four mechanics and 1 checked the station of the mechanic I thought had done the inspection, but did not find it. In actuality, it was another mechanic who did the work and the registration and insurance card were still at his station along with the data regarding the inspection. She had already pulled out of the lot. ) called her phone, but had to leave a message, I drove to her home to give her her paperwork, but she was not there. I called the shop and requested another call be made to her and another message was left, I drove to her home a second time later that day, but again she was not home. There were no further phone calls made.The following day I made a third trip to her home, I believe she was home, but she did not answer the door. I placed the information inside the storm door, took a picture of it in the door, and left.I am sorry she had a bad experience. We make every effort to be courteous to our customers and we do have a 5-star rating.

His statements not only do not make sense but they are not truthful. (And I would like my complaint to be updated with this information) so that other potential customers will be fore warned.) I still have not received the $2 that I had in my see through case. If he says there wasn’t money in it, that would be a lie.  If I am a liar, then a liar would say there was $20 or $200 in it, not $20. I am being truthful. He said he had not called me since finding my property that day that I left his business. That is a lie because I have cell phone logs proving otherwise. He called from his business phone after not being able to get me by calling me from a private phone. Also, I have security cam footage of him being on my property, pacing back and forth, banging on my door and ringing my bell, going in and out of his truck multiple times, peeping into my window for almost a full TEN MINUTES.  If he didn’t come by to harass me, then he would have left my property in the mailbox and left.  He only left when my neighbor came out of her garage and saw him causing a fuss. He never even completed my car. He admitted he never did the emissions that’s why he didn’t charge me for it. Why that wasn’t completed, I will never know. I don’t want him on my property again. He can mail me a money order. Anyone reading my account knows full well what this is all about.

March 8, 2018RE: COMPLAINT ID [redacted]In response to the last submission by Ms. [redacted], I have sent her a full refund of our charge of $33.00 and the state tax of $2.31, which t hope brings this matter to a close.Please note, however, we stand by the repairs we said were required.
