This does not however rectify the fact that they lied to me, by saying they were coming back out to respray and then I never heard from them again. They have absolutely terrible, non responsive customer service! After the initial lie stating they were coming back to respray, they never replied to any of my various attempts to contact them by telephone call, text or Facebook page. I believe this should information be noted on the Revdex.com website for their prospective customers to be aware of

Review: I was told by Victoria B[redacted] who works for the company that the barrier would last at least 4 weeks. After just one week the spray was completely worn off and we were infested with mosquitoes. I called and was told by Victoria B[redacted] that they would come back to respray within one week but they never did and now they won't respond to any messages I've left messages by phone and by internet on their facebook page and to their facebook inbox. It's been over 2 weeks since I last spoke with them. NOT good customer service. :(Desired Settlement: I would like them to refund the $35.00 I paid.

Generally the barrier is expected to last for longer. The business has offered to provide a refund of $35 to the customer, which they stated will be mailed today or tomorrow.
