Review: This photographer was paid in full for wedding photos. We contracted for photos and a coffee table book of photos. The book was never done.

This photographer did not deliver the photos we had contracted and had paid her in full. The wedding was November 19th, 2011. I have tried to contact her by phone, email and in person, but there is no response, even though she has received the messages. I have been willing to work with her re: brief delays, but now after 2 years, I am at my breaking point of continuing to beg for the completion of this contracted service. Desired Settlement: All I want is the completion of the photo book of our wedding pictures. Our ages are 73 and 80 and we will out live this problem if something is not done! Please, if you can help me in any way I would be very grateful. We paid in full so there is nothing I can use to gain leverage.
