Thank you for the additional information and allowing BW Electric the opportunity to review the homeowner's complaint again in its entirety. Upon receiving this response I had a follow up conversation with the home warranty. They confirmed as a token of goodwill they offered to waive the service fee. The homeowner was made aware of this on July 27, 2015, that they would not be charged for the missed appointment. I sincerely hope this information helps and respectfully request for RevDex.com to close the complaint as "Resolved".
