B&W Ink

Several months ago I purchased several refilled and HP brand ink cartridges from their Dixie highway store. There were two sets of all colors for two HP all-in-one machines.

I tried to use some of the “refilled” ink cart in one HP printer and they would not work (at all). I stopped by and had several conversations with one of the owners and finally was given credit (less restocking fees) and traded all remaining refilled cart. (for that HP machine) for HP brand carts that worked fine.

I have just recently tried to use the “refilled” ink cart in my other HP machine and it would not work either. It would print only if I would shut it down and restart. I frankly thought the machine was broken (although it is only one year old). I decided to try new HP brand cartridges and it now works perfectly again.

I would like the “refilled” carts that I purchased and tried (2 sets of all three colors and one black) exchanged for HP brand cartridges. I cannot put a price on the time I have wasted on this. Or I would like a complete refund.
