Please let this letter serve as an official response to claim #***It is in the interest of Stock Building Supplyto remedy these issues in a professional and timely manner as well.We are in receipt of your complaint document and intend to resolve with the customer immediately.To recap,
the customer purchased an exterior sliding door unit from a Stock customer in August of The door unit was shipped by Stock without the screens as this is industry standardThe screens were placed in our warehouse for storage until the completion for the entire construction process was completedAt this time, the screens were released for installationDuring our original attempt to install the screens, it was determined that incorrect screens were supplied to Stock from the manufacturerWe reordered a replacement screen and it also was shipped incorrectly from the manufacturer.We have ordered an additional, correct set of screens and they are due in to Stock on May 6, At that time, we will contact the customer and schedule an installation of the screens at the customer's convenience.It is our intention to stand behind products sold within our stated service agreementsWe look forward to the swift resolution of this claim and look forward to your responsePlease do not hesitate to contact us as needed to resolve.Regards,*** ***Office Manager/HR Advocate/SafetyStock Building Supply Burleson Road; Austin, TX 78744T: (512) 427-F: (512) 427-E: ***www.stockbuildingsupply.com
