I am rejecting this response because: I was not made aware of the no refund policy I would have reconsidered and made sure my selection was what I wanted All I was told was to take it home and try it out and look at it from a different light, if it didn't work to bring it back for refund If policies like this are enforced it should start with your sales people especially at the time of paying Shame on Lloyds for not relying their policy Exceptions are made all the time and I feel that I was not treated with consideration especially since I made a lot of business with Lloyds over many years My loyalty to this business did not count I am extremely disappointed with Lloyds in not treating me as such I do not care to make businesses with Lloyds because I was treated unfairly
