Dear Shirl,
I wasn't sure which email address to send to, so I have sent to both. I am contacting you in regards to the pageant photos I purchased and received yesterday. I would like to say that I am highly disappointed in the way they have turned out. For the price that I spend on just an 8xand some wallets ($53.50) I was expecting much better quality. They are not something I even want to send out to family members who weren't able to make it. The pictures I took with my own personal camera were better. I normally don't like to complain but this was a huge event for my daughter and the whole reason I purchased such expensive photos is because I was expecting great quality to remember this by.
What don't you like about the photos? I thought they turned out beautiful?

I'm sorry that you were not satisfied but there is nothing else we can do for youI have attached a copy of the photo( *** had so many issues with the photo we did not feel there was any way to please her)

No, I don't want the ones with a green background. My daughter is wearing a pink dress that is going to look awful, very unacceptable way to resolve this . Once again, I paid $for PROFESSIONAL pictures and I only got an 8xand wallets (which are way smaller than actual wallets I normally purchase from photographers) These look like they were printed from a CVS quiosk. I want what I paid for. The fact that this is even an issue is ridiculous. Both my husband and I went all out for our daughter for this event and wanted documention of this evening. The only acceptable way to handle this at this point is for me to return the photos to you and for you to give me a full refund. The pageant experience can not be recreated and it's very upsetting.
(The wallet photos are the standard 2xsize)

I really appreciate you redoing the picturesThe close up of Madeline is just perfect and the group photo lightened up with the greenish background is gorgeous as wellI would really appreciate if you did the same thing with my other two daughters photos as well as I had the same issues with their ordersSince you are reprinting them would you please use a matte paper? Thank you so much for your understanding
I would love to order pictures from the sideshow as wellAre they numbered or do I describe which ones I would like? Let me know how to go about ordering them and I will send a check to you or give you my debit card info along with the $processing fee

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Yes, the company did offer the refund in the amount of $23.50 however my order was NOT a last minute order.  I mailed the order form in with my daughters pageant fee/paperwork.  It stated on the paper if the order was received PRIOR to the day of the pageant $25 for a sitting fee would not apply. 
I was not offered for the pictures to be redone in the matter that the other customer had gotten.  The only reason they handled her much more professionally is because they know them personally.  I know this for a fact because I spoke with this other unsatisfied customer personally before initially submitting my complaint to BWest.   I also know that there are other people who are completely unhappy with the way these pictures have turned out. 
I don't feel that I should have to go through the hassle of returning these pictures because of something they messed up.  I should not have to pay postage and handling on their mistake. 
I have attached a pictures of the wallet size as well.  The smaller one is the size of the wallet I received from BWest which is what someone would purchase out of a kiosk in a store...the larger is a PROFESSIONAL picture I have purchased from a photographer who did my daughters cheer pictures.  The standard size for a professional package is not that small. 
If they would like to resend me pictures that are not glossy and discolored I will glady accept.  It is not an issue of the money it is an issue of quality and professionalism I am upset with.  I paid for pictures of the evening to remember by and I would like what I paid for.
