Two men from BWR walking around the neighborhood knocking on doors passing out flyers, when reaching my home these men spoke to my husband regarding our heater that been recalled, after assessing BWR asked for my husbands ssi and bdayMy husband never gave it out BWR claiming it's to see if you qualify, BWR owner came back later and reassessed heater and decided to unplug our AC without warning, not professional, the AC has been working greatI (wife) called BWR to ask why AC was turned off owner said "I am certified by law to turn off AC, it connects to the heater" I was upset the house inspector and gas conever said that, the AC was always safe to stay on! My husband and I found another coto reassess AC not only did he turn our AC back on he stated the heater is separate from the ACSo BWR falsely lied I believe this company is a scam, who askes for a ssi and bday and purposely unpluggs AC wires to get home owners desperate for their business
