We have touched based with Mrs [redacted] to schedule a time to go out and address what she is requestingShe advised that she is out of town at the moment and will contact us when she is available for us to go out

Mrs. [redacted] was a referral to us around the beginning of last year. We were hired to complete various remodels throughout her home due to a large water loss she has suffered. We adhered to all of her request and to our knowledge she was satisfied with the outcome of all of the remodels. Throughout...

the project Mrs. [redacted] had several change requests which were also adhered to. All of the work, electrical, plumbing, HVAC was done by a licensed professional. We have gone out several times for Mrs. [redacted] to address the issues she had after the project was complete including the issue with the A/C unit. Each time the issues were resolved, however new issues kept arising for her. We had a LICENSED A/C tech out there to address the issue of the A/C unit. All of the info she is claiming as far as warranty and ac unit being installed by an unlicensed professional if purely speculation. As far as her "number being blocked" that is not the case at all. She had a cell phone number for [redacted], the office manager, which was just recently changed. We have resolved the issue, however Mrs. [redacted] seems to think that the issue that persist is because of poor workmanship, which is not the case. We have recommended her to hire a 3rd party to go out and diagnosis the issue and we would pay the invoice if there was in fact an issue found, and this has not been done on her part. We are more than happy to work with Mrs. [redacted] to get the issues at hand finally resolved. She has all of our contact info and we will follow up with her as well.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:I indeed hired this company after mold remediation after they were recommended to us by the company who did the remediation. Initially the working relationship was cordial and professional, yet unfortunately as the work progressed (as everyone involved knew it would because this is an old home) their work ethic to include showing up with a full work crew or even showing up at all lacked horribly. I have text after text spanning months apart from one another repeatedly asking for a reply, to which none came.I have spent countless hours of my own personal time trying to locate anyone who would resolve our issues. To this day we still are waiting for our counters to be polished. As for the a/c unit, he did text me telling me to hire another company and call them and they would meet them at our home to listen to their diagnosis. So if I'm to understand this correctly, after months of trying to get them to come to my home I'm to arrange a meeting with a company that didn't even do the work and trust that they can suddenly make it to our home? I did contact someone, who came out for free and solved one of the issues and showed me how to solve the other. Both could have, at any time, been done by the people we actually paid to uphold a three year warranty on work provided. I licensed a/c specialist would not only come, but would be able to provide me with the warranty I've been requesting from day one. Unfortunately the company who makes the unit states our warranty is voided if the unit was installed by an unlicensed a/c company. If all I'm asking for is proof of this for the manufacturer then why is there an issue? Furthermore, if I do indeed have a warranty with this company whom I paid more than $80,000 to then why won't they return calls? Come to our home if needed? Or supply me with any paperwork I'm needed for the items we've paid for?as for the changed number, it may be changed now but it wasn't the day I was to so. How do I know this? Because I had a friend phone and someone answered. Strange to say the least?
Again, I'm asking for a written proof warranty on items we paid for. Im still having issues with the furnace not cycling properly, so who should I call?I'm also asking that when I have an issue I won't be subjected to jumping through hoops to reach anyone. I shouldn't be asked to contact someone else to do their job that they've already been paid to do and claim I have a workmanship warranty on.just please contact me and uphold your warranty and fix our furnace.
Regards,
