We strongly urge you to not choose this businessThey are very unprofessionalWe needed our furnace fixed during the cold winterThey took days to call usThey took days to show up
for the estimateWhen they did show up, they barely
looked at our furnaceThey said we needed two partsWe later found out those parts were fineWe were told the parts costs was hundreds of dollars
as well as the cost of long laborWe found out the parts were fine and if we really did need the
part fixed they said it was, it would only take hour not like they
had said As it turned out, all it needed was WDThank God for a friend in the business

I had a home warranty with total home protection and they sent B&Y out the house to service a furnace , the technician had a broken hip so he sent someone that was not licensed into my home and starting to work on the furnace when I stopped her and asked her not to touch anythingShe then proceeded to FaceTime the technician who was in the truck trying to find the serial number of the furnaceB&Y sent a non licensed individual into my home to perform service workThey got th wrong serial number and advised my furnace was years old when it’s actually and total thI home warranty company I needed a part when they did no diagnostic work whatsoeverThey charged me 45$ and told me they would have an actual technician out but cancelled multiple times after I had taken off of work to me an technicianNeedless to say they are not reputable and need to have their liecence revoked because they are sending people into homes that are not licensed hvac technicians
