Review: I order a jacket 2/14/2014 from bmeboutique and paid through paypal. The money was taken from my account on 2/17/2014. The jacket was never sent and The CEO that is what she calls herself did not response to my email inquiring about my paid merchancise. For a month now I continuous watched her post on [redacted] about all the new clothes and shoes that she has in her on line boutique. Several people have asked for refund and she deletes their concerns so other potential consumers will not see her unprofessional practices. When you email her a auto-return email is sent stating that she will address your concerns with 48 hours..HaHa. I still waiting.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $55.00 returned to my credit card. I would also like her business review if possible.

Review: I pre-ordered a pair of boots ([redacted] boots) August of 2013 with the expectation that the boots would arrive the end of September 2013. I contacted the owner in October 2013 asking about my order but she says my order was overlooked by mistake due to a new hire and promised she would be getting a new shipment November 2013 and she would ship right out. Mind you I have already paid in full the cost of the boots, $185.00. I have been contacting the owner since December 2013 along with a few other customers about the shipment of the boots and this time the excuse was the shipping company. It is now January 31, 2014 and I am still $185 short without my order. I have emailed her as well as text her in the last few days and have yet received a response regarding my order. I believe she picks and chooses who gets their orders bc as she has poste happy customers and I have confirmed with them, there are also a huge population that consistently complains about her not answering them as well and not receiving their orders. At this point I am not the only consumer that has not received this last order regarding the boots. I would not recommend her nor advise you to even take a chance with shopping from thereDesired Settlement: I honestly either want my product now that I paid for back in August or at this point if the product is still not available I would just like a full refund which I have told the owner this but I am getting no response
