Our pool was installed last summer (2011) and [redacted] has known of following issues since then.......1. 3 wrinkles in the liner of our pool2. pipe in ground that needs to be capped for safety3. pipe in ground and drainage that does not work 4. coping around pool that is missing5. solar cover that is ripped and disintegratingBY Pools has been Paid in Full. [redacted] has known about the ground water issues on our property since March 2011, before he started to dig the pool. He has been aware of the first 3 issues since summer of 2011, again in Dec. 2011 and again in April 2012. He will not return our phone calls to have these issues rectified. This is poor business and very frustrating.
