We have been with By Referral for almost a year, although the information provided was very good there was no contact from our alleged coach to check our progress. Both my wife and I were disappointed with the overall program and will discontinue it at the end of our year commitment. We have contacted other programs and were amazed at their idea's as to how to improve our business. When we made phone calls, to voice our concerns the only party's available were sales staff who had difficulty in directing us to the proper information sources. Based on our experience, we would not recommend this program to any Realtor who want to maximize their skills to become a more productive agent.

Review: During the two months of my membership I did not have my by-weekly hour long sessions as advertised and agreed. The sessions I had were shorter and they in no way were with an expert that would “help me to identify the greatest opportunities in my business or create step-by-step plan to ensure success in today’s market.”

It became obvious after two months of my paid membership that the marketing tools employed By Referrals Only were outdated, ineffective and not crafted for the need of my market.

There was no one available to listen to my needs and adjust offered advice and material. The only personnel available was a sales representative.

Your advertising thus is misleading and I cannot allow myself to waist more time and money on a deal where you did not live up to your side of the bargain.

The agreement is null and void.

bi-weekly coaching calls for 30 mins, not 1 hour as she stated. The main purpose of the membership is to create a referral based business by utilizing systems, building a skill set through training and coaching and evolving ones mindset to become a business that is fully optimized and systematized to deliver an exceptional experience to its clients. This membership is designed as a year-long membership because there is a significant amount of work that is involved in system development, skill building and having a mindset shift. It takes dedication and commitment to the program. The expert coach that was

assigned to her has coached over a thousand agents over 11 years and has helped many people find success. For further support, we have a technical support and coaching support staff with unlimited access with a turnaround response time of 24 hours. We have cancelled the membership

and will not bill the client further.
