Purchased Two Sound Activated Dog Trainers On 1/07/2020 From Bye Bark. Neither One Of The Trainers Worked, I Immediately Email The Company For Instructions. I Did Not Hear From Them So I Sent An Email Telling Them I Was Retuning The Trainers To The Address given On Their Web Site. ***
I Have Continued To Send Emails To The Address Given On Their Website, Not Getting Any Replies. I Sent A Letter Including All Correspondence To Their, What I Thought Was Their Home Address, And Still No Reply.
I Have Since Then Tried To Get A Phone Number, Talked To The Covina Police Department, Who Advised Me To Start With My Local Police Dept.

Refund Initially I Was Hoping To Have The Units Replaced, But After Going Thru What I Have Gone Thru Just To talk To Someone, I Now Want My Money Back. This Was Not About The Money ($67.95)It Was About A Company That Looks Like It Is Trying To Scam Customers By Not Giving Refunds, Thinking People Will Go Away Because It Is Not A lot Of Money.
