Bye Bye Rubbish

*** I had asked them to remove dirt and grass and other items They came, made some excuse about not being able to take the dirt and grass and took only the items They charged far in excess of their rates on the web site and when I told them to put the items back they reduced the price I agreed to pay more than I should have on the agreement that they would come back the next day for the soil and grass They agreed to do the haul away of the soil and grass at a reduced price Needless to say, they didn't show up the next day nor return my calls nor return my email for the removal of the soil and grassI would not use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone

This company promise a quote before they collect your rubbishThey turned up with a truck and quoted $*** for junk removalI told them that was rather more than I expectedThe representative promised me that they would load it so that it took up less room in the truck and it would likely come in at a lesser priceI reluctantly agreed as we were moving house the next day and it would be difficult to arrange for another company to do the job at such short noticeHowever as they progressed he started mentioning higher amountsI was extremely unhappy when he then presented me with a bill for over $***Stupidly I paid itI then checked their pricing on line again and realized that I had been completely suckeredNot only that, but I found a number of items had not been taken by themThe company did not return my calls and only after several days was I able to speak to the owner who was *** and claimed that they had taken cubic yards of rubbish when in fact it was actually only about 5-cubic yards of junkI was an it to pay them***
