Byerly' Auto Mart

Review: Byerly's Auto Mart sold me a car that seem to be fine. I test drove it off of the lot and I ended up purchasing the car. After I had already brought the car [redacted] purit. (A salesman there) walked me out to the car I noticed as soon as I started the that the Air bag light was on and was not able to turn off. I asked him what can be done about it. He stated that it was no longer his problem since I had already brought the car. I explaned to him that I brought the car before I notice the Air bag light and that he needs to do something about it since I had not even drove the car off of the lot yet. He was extermly rude. I was stuck with payments from fixing a car that I had just paid for. I still cant get an expection sticker with out the light going out. This place is a total joke! They act helpful and concern until you buy something. Once you spend your money they do not have any concerns or empathy for their costomers.Desired Settlement: I want to the acutal car dealership and paid over $1500 to get this issue fixed with no help from Bryerlys Auto mart.

The complainant purchased a [redacted] with 102K miles on July 23, 2013. Shemay have expressed a concern about an airbag light on that day or after that day. I am notaware of any concern she ever voiced or has written to make us aware of it. I do know after 30months of driving the car has passed, now she has chosen to notify you. I am more than willingto sit down with the complainant and converse wit h her about an issue that apparently,according to her words, happened 30 months ago.
