Car was taken to Byerly Ford on Wednesday, September 17, today is Friday, September 19, the repairs have not yet been completed. A rental car has been provided, so as mentioned above waiting on business to perform action on resolution.

We are working with the [redacted] to repair their A/C at no charge to them. We are doing this as a goodwill measure and not because we agree with the allegations made in the complaint. [redacted], service manager, is currently working with the [redacted] to resolve this complaint...
We have reached out to the customer and are refunding the cost of the new key. The check will be sent in today's mail. We apologized to the customer for having to go to these lengths to resolve an issue that should have been handled at the time of sale.
