the pickup of their purchased vehicle, the customer had a problem with their leveling system. We kept the vehicle for repairs and covered the repairs under the 45-day policy. Parts were ordered, but not received from the leveling jack manufacturer for 2 weeks. The customer picked up the vehicle around 11/26/14.

The customer called our service department on 5/7/15. They stated that they had a leak at the water heater and toilet valve and wanted us to come out to fix the issues. Our sales manager told the customer that our records indicate that we had winterized the vehicle, but if the customer would bring the vehicle into our dealership we would examine the issue and fix the problem. The customer stated that our response was not good enough.
Our records show that the vehicle was winterized on our lot. We have not been in contact with the vehicle since late November. We do not offer service calls, and there are many problems that can occur when trying to repair an RV off-site. It is likely that parts would need to be ordered to fix the problem properly. We are not certain that we are responsible for the damage, but we will repair the damage if the customer can bring the vehicle to our dealership.
