I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I tried reaching MrByers by phone for more than two weeksWhen I finally got hold of him, he said he would send someone (one of his men) by to check the problemNo one has shown upThat's when I contacted the Revdex.comI do not feel I should pay any additional fee, reduced or otherwise, to have the wood replacedSince filing this complaint, I discovered MrByers has been indicted for thief in Butler CountyI seriously doubt this complaint will ever be satisfied Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] : Called owner when he was sick in the hospital, Owner said that he can not help the wood shrinking and splitting, it's what the wood doesOwner offered to do the work for a reduced fee if he purchased the wood himselfAdvised the customer to take the wood back to Home Depot to see if they will give new pieces of wood

 I tried reaching Mr. Byers by phone for more than two weeks. When I finally got hold of him, he said he would send someone (one of his men) by to check the problem. No one has shown up. That's when I contacted the Revdex.com. I do not feel I should pay any additional fee, reduced or otherwise, to have the wood replaced. Since filing this complaint, I discovered Mr. Byers has been indicted for thief in Butler County. I seriously doubt this complaint will ever be satisfied.
