Dear Revdex.com and [redacted],Thank your for your response. I have attached a copy of the letter and inspection report that was mailed out to [redacted] on June 7, 2016. These were mailed to the address of record [redacted] provided to our office. The inspection report pictures on the original mailed out were in color and very clear. The attached are not as clear since they are in black and white. Please note that the property noted that during the move out inspection that [redacted] was made aware of the damage to the furniture.   The credit bureaus were updated that the consumer is disputing the account as there is a dispute code we are required to file in order for this to take place. This update took place April 5, 2016. The credit bureaus have up to 90 days to update their records, but generally update with in 30 days.  Unfortunately, we do not have control over the credit bureaus doing their due diligence and updating their records in a timely manner.  [redacted] filed his first credit dispute in May and another credit dispute that was received June 11, 2016 and stated he has no knowledge of the collection account. The account was verified with the credit bureaus as it is an accurate account disputed by the consumer. We cannot state the account is not accurate as we have documentation to prove damage. However, we have noted that the consumer has disputed the account.
