Company responded via phone as follows: The roof was sealedWhen the company went back to the property, there was snow on the groundThe company stated they would put an insulation board on top of the low slope roofingThere was ice. The company believes some where there is moisture coming
in the houseThe company did the roof in September and it never leaked when it rained.The company is offering to bring an insulation contractor to the property to assess the issueThe consumer can contact him to set up the appointment
