[redacted] they left my carpet more dirtier then before The company called me several times which was no problem BUT never told me the machine to clean it was a small machine When the cleaner showed up in his old suv he told me the machine was not truck mounted but would do the job they wanted in cash [redacted] He was only in the house minutes to do living room hall bedroom and computer room I was outside when he drove off and when I went inside I could not believe what a dirty mess he left in there My hubby called the office immediately and we have had a hard time to get assistance we have been told now for a week he needed to see the work order I have a copy of the work order but he was not interested times we called and have left message as well still no response Will never use them again or tell anyone to use them

Just had my carpets cleaned by byosteam They did an excellent ,fast job Carpet is old and light colour with usual wear and tear It now looks and smells fresh and clean Reasonable price

He was only in the house 20 minutes to do living room hall bedroom and computer room. I was outside when he drove off and when I went inside I could not believe what a dirty mess he left in there.
