Although Ms*** is correct in her complaint that BYOU LLC has default** on her promissory note and as the current manager of BYOU I have every attention in paying off her note when and if the company generates income.
When Ms*** loan** the company money I was NOT in
charge and did NOT have access to spend the money she loan** to BYOU, that was from a different management team that I was forc** to let go due to lack of success
BYOU LLC would be out of business and Ms*** would have NO hope or return of her capital if it weren't for myself and ** doing everything possible can to keep the company moving forward and alive
We have been in continu** contact with Ms*** and her attorney and she is well aware and has been well aware of effort to keep her investment alive. We do hope and pray that in the coming years we can not only repay her loan, but make her a return on her investment
