I wanted to post my commercial vacant lot in the MLS using this link: https://byownerflatmls.com. So, I went ahead and paid them $99 for the 6 month ad. Then they called me back and said that since it’s a commercial lot, the price is $399. I asked them to refund me the money and I had no interest in paying that price, so then John, the owner of this company, counteroffer me with a $99 offer. I accepted the offer and then John took a whole week to find a company that could place my vacant lot in the MLS because maybe nobody wants to work with him, or maybe he does not know anybody in Texas. Then finally John found a company willing to place my lot in the MLS and then I began another ordeal with them too. Since the lot was still out under my name in the Appraiser’s web page, they wanted proof that I owned the vacant lot and that the lot was under my name. I did not have a copy of the deed yet, so they refused to place my lot in the MLS and I decided after 10 days, of requesting a refund.
Today I called John again to place another lot in the MLS and see if he was offended and said that he would not place any lot from me in the MLS. These people are a joke. I was the one who had the right to be offended by their ineptitude but instead decided to forget about their mediocrity and give them another chance, but they believe that their mediocre way of working is the right way to treat customers. Unbelievable!
Try to avoid them at all costs. They are worthless.

I spoke with "Jack" who claimed to be the company owner. He interrupted me no fewer than 10 times in our 9-minute phone call. When I asked in a few different ways if I could see the details of the listing agreement in writing before signing up with his service, he informed me that I had to pay first (then told me that "in life, sometimes you have to commit before you get into the nitty gritty." During the call, he continued to try and sell me on the service.
