Response:BY PASS LIQUORS has served the 7th street neighborhood since the 1980's and this is a poor neighborhood and rarely has an $80 sale. The cashier verbally tells the customer what the total is and the customer has a choice to pay or cancel transaction. The owner of the property does not work...
at this location and hasn't for some time. Pricing is done by percentage of cost of goods sold. To correct information about licensing (only 1 .alcohol license obtained in Shively).There are 4 employees on staff at this location and none recall the situation or the $80 transaction.
