Review: There was an ad in Parade mag so I called. The issue was between byram and urox. I was assured that my insurance would pay all of it if I went with byram. Also, a few products should have been sent the first time to try it. Months later the insurance sent a letter saying 20% was not covered. Also, they waited till Christmas to send a bill.Desired Settlement: I think I owe some, but I was not told the truth, a large order was sent instead of a small one to try, and they waited till Christmas to bill me.

They finally set me up on a payment plan but I still feel they shipped me much more of the product than they should have. If they had only sent me a few to test it I might have known it doesn't work in extreme temperatures.

Review: From the start of my interaction with Byram, my experience has been HORRIBLE. I rely on them exclusively (no choice as they are [redacted]'s only supplier) for [redacted]. First, they bill the wrong insurance company because one of their call center people said the claim was local - so it went to where the call center was - IN [redacted]. After several days of talking to everyone I could talk to, that was 'resolved', though I have yet to receive an invoice. Can't find my account number OR amount owed on my online account because it is useless and circa 1980.

Next and most important. They claim a 1 - 2 day delivery for the [redacted]. I order some on 4/** leaving a under two weeks of supplies left for me - no problem. I receive a confirmation of the order. Over a week later, no deliver and I'm down to 2 [redacted] (roughly 2 days each). Nothing, no delivery, so I check online and it states that I can refill. WHAT? I just did! So I refill again and follow with another call (forgot to mention I've emailed and called several times with messages - NO REPLY). The CSR states that I had no order processed - even though I have an order number and confirmation! Will I receive my [redacted] delivery system before I run out (even though I've given it AMPLE time - at the onset of this mess)? I don't know! I'm not counting on it though. Byram has yet to do a single thing right.Desired Settlement: What I want is for [redacted] to discontinue its relationship with Byram. I'd like be able to have the manufacturer supply my [redacted] as they do for most other insurance companies. If I never had to deal with Byram again, it would be much too soon. What I want is not on your limited list. Byram is putting my life at jeopardy (and many others) by not meeting service needs of individuals with [redacted]. I'm not ordering aspirin here - I'm ordering the means to which my [redacted] is delivered into my body to keep me alive. What I want is for Byram to go out of business. What I want is to tell my kids I'll be around for another 2 weeks. Byram puts that at risk.

This is the worst medical supply in the universe! They have kept me from my supplies very effectively, and today I'm out of sensors again, for the continuous glucose monitor. Their ordering and reordering process has finally been improved, but the have a huge shipping and handling problem. Simply horrible.

Terrible customer service. We used them 3 yrs aho and had to switch to a different company after receiving incomplete and wrong orders almost every month. Recently decided to try them again when our new insurance only gave us 2 options for providers. It was a huge mistake. After 3 months of using them we still have not gotten a complete order or decent service when calling in. Will never use them again.

I have been going to Byram for ostomy bags. They have continued to send me the wrong order. One time sending me half of a two part back system which was nowhere near what my order was. My last order was once again wrong and they refused to return it because I didn't contact them within 48 hours of receiving product. I spoke with a supervisor who said she would call me back and never did. Their attitude was terrible and never apologized for their mistakes. I switched to CCS pharmacy.
