We have received the complaint for Aetna beneficiary [redacted] concerning her breast pump supply with a ship date of 8/**/2013....

The claim for the beast pump was billed timely & denied by Aetna as non-covered on 9/**/13 & applying the balance of $252.50 as the patient’s responsibility. Sadly, due to health issues we rely on companies like Byram Healthcare to provide us with equipment we need. From the beginning we have had issues with them. They would bill us incorrectly then blame it on our insurance company. They have repeatedly given us incorrect orders. I have contacted them multiple times and their customer service agents have no idea what they are even talking about and contradict themselves throughout phone calls. Recently, they sent us a bill over 8 months late. I'm sure in an effort to get more money as the order was received in October of 2015. When I called to set up a payment plan, because they also sent that bill with another one, they said the payment plan is 50% today and the remainder is due in 30 days. That is not a payment plan. And healthcare equipment and supplies are not cheap. I have tried to pay the bill online and it doesn't seem to be working. I then tried to pay off the bill over the phone and they don't answer, it just goes to a machine. I have yet to receive a phone call from them. I am highly dissatisfied with the lack of customer service they have offered.

initial;">I would like to sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we may have caused [redacted]. I attempted to contact him to see if I can understand the events that took place to investigate this complaint further. I have not received a phone call back. Due to HIPAA rules I cannot go into details in this forum but would like to further discuss directly with [redacted]. Thanks,[redacted], Customer ServiceByram Healthcarephone: ###-###-####email: [redacted]website: www.byramhealthcare.com
