originally cost 5,941.00 received over 2000.00 in repair which is backed up with documents #2, 3 4A, 4B & 4C. The customer received beyond everything deserved. The Woodmaster person that the client has been communicating with has been ill and is still in the hospital. Woodmaster has every intention of intention of adjusting a lock and or window per our customer commitment. wood master will not recognize or pursue anything to do with heating bills and / or blinds. I’m sorry I had to complain to our people. I see that he’s convinced you he’s done a great job. Good I get it. I signed his paper as he just sent me the papers to prove it. I took his word for it. So I don’t have a leg to stand on. It’s OK, I’ll deal with his great job. I’m sorry he’s sick: I just thought maybe his whole crew wasn’t sick too. Just to let you know he’s been putting me off for 5 months now. I just didn’t want him to come in the winter months. It’s my fault that I let him install windows in January. So forget I wrote to you all. I never wanted to get anything that was not coming to us. I just wanted him to fix his mess. I pay my loan every month and will.
