We hired this contractor to build a custom home, the first few months went well but after that his subs became sloppy leaving my property trash (which I'm still finding things a year and a half later that didn't make it to the giant dumpster we paid for)We were also informed of a $mistake that The contractor made in the framing of the house, the subs had no respect for property standing on counter, tops not using drop cloths, leaving stains on the cabinets and in the stained concrete floorsIt took them almost a year to even get close to finishing the houseWhen confronted about time it was a standard answer of more weeksWe finaly gave up waiting on the contractor to wrap up loose ends like final cleaning of the house and small things that we finished on our ownThen came the one year warranty, at first things seemed ok but after the first few call backs for cracking drywall, leaking plumbing, frozen water lines, improperly wired appliancesall within the first months of living in the house we became " to picky" wither the contractor actually stating in an email that "we were to picky and no one would ever make us happy"I am now stuck with a house that has cracking drywall, nails popping out in every room, and water damage in my spare bathroom
