Byrd Management

Second time I've been to this location and gone through the drive up window. Both times I was asked to pull to the side and let some one behind me by. I refuse to do this as If I'm in line before you then I will be waited on before you. I told them just to refund my order and I'll go. First time was instant refund, The second time I said no, which in this case there was no one behind me when I paid for my order. I was then told to pull over to the side and I said there is a car in front of me with no one in it, no just refund my money. At this point the African girls inside started laughing at me which I could hear every word outside in my car. I then told the young man at the window that I can hear them, he said wait a minute. He then returned only to try and tell me to pull to the side for my refund. I said your kidding, I don't pull over for my order and you ask me to pull over for my refund? I then sat for about 8 minutes why the window boy brought orders out and walked around my truck and served all the cars behind me until they were all gone. The manager then gave the window boy my money and he gave me a refund. As I was being given my refund an employee who's car was blocking the line in front of me came out and moved his car. Funny how things happen when you start taking pictures. My refund could have been given to me right away like it was the first time this happened at this Mcdonalds but no, this manager had to prove a point to a paying customer. Who by the way will never by or spend another nickle on Mcdonalds or anything it is involved with.Product_Or_Service: FoodDesired SettlementStore needs to be shut down, it's not fit to serve food. Employees are nasty and not wearing gloves or hair nets over their wigs.
